6 chicken thighs
2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 Raw Honey
1 finely diced onion (can use spring onions)
Just under 1/4 cup bourbon
2 cloves garlic minced.
1. Preheat Oven to 180'
2. Place chicken in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl mix ginger, soy, onion, bourbon, honey, garlic, poiur over chicken and cover with cling film. Leave in fridge overnight for best result
4. Remove cover from chicken and place in noven
5. Basting frequently cook for 1 1/2 hours and chicken is well browned.
