Hey there Vit Fitters...

just a quick post tonight to remind you all that today was the start of the Great Cycle Challenge .... Please dont forget to stop by my supporters page and drop a donation (even $1 helps guys) the money raised goes to funding research and treatment for childhood cancer....

My first ride was today and I made 14.38km... just another 185.62 km to go to hit my target ;)

As of yesterday I have finished my Menofitness Course and am a fully qualified and certified Menofitness Consultant.

Bourbon Chicken

6 chicken thighs

2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 Raw Honey

1 finely diced onion (can use spring onions)

Just under 1/4 cup bourbon

2 cloves garlic minced.


1. Preheat Oven to 180'

2. Place chicken in a baking dish.
